The annual survey conducted by Best Companies measures employee engagement by finding out how they feel about their job and role within the company.
Loop is one of just 220 companies throughout the UK to receive a one star accreditation this year.
HR manager at Loop Allan Hillman said: "We are thrilled that our employees feel that the company listens to them, engages with them and has initiatives in place that help them achieve a suitable work-life balance. It is really important for us to keep the excellent staff ,therefore, it is important for us that our flexible working policies, maternity and paternity schemes are tailored towards balancing the needs of the individual with those of the business .”
Jonathan Austin, Founder and CEO of Best Companies said: “We would like to congratulate Loop on their outstanding achievement. An engaged workforce is essential as organisations move out of the recession and into a more stable economic situation. No doubt many organisations have tackled redundancies and rapid change this year. But organisations like Loop that have kept on engaging their staff and making sure they are involved in the business will be in a good position for the future and should be congratulated for their efforts”.
As well as pleasing employees, Loops great-place-to-work ethos and its flexible working schemes have also received national recognition. The UK’s leading work-life balance organisation Working Families named Loop as a top employer for working families and it has been in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list on five occasions.
