We manage a range of end to end billing activities, including:

- communication including written text and internet correspondence
- document production and despatch
- customer care management for customer disatisfaction

In the Loop mailing centre, document processing centre and payments team we:
- print and despatch 5 million bills, reminders and final notices and capital communication letters per annum
- manage the despatch of 1.2 million bills for annual billing
- open, scan and respond to 1 million letters and correspondence received from customers
- process 15.2 million customer payments each year
