As the sole supplier of a complete managed service to Yorkshire Water’s 4.5 million domestic customers and 140,000 business customers, Loop played a major role in Yorkshire Water’s successful bid to become Utility of the Year 2006. A title they have held for an unprecedented two years running.
VisitWales contracted Loop to implement and operate their Visit Wales Centre. As the ‘first’ voice of Wales, our Customer Relationship Managers blended best service and best performance, creating a knowledgeable, influential call. Wales is a special place; and we made sure that message was conveyed to the caller.
