Created in April 2000, within the Kelda Group, to provide managed customer services to Kelda subsidiaries, Loop has soon built up a reputation as a highly specialised company within the customer management market.

We have been named as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Places to Work in the UK six times since 2003, most recently in March 2010 and in January 2010 were were also accreditated with a One Star rating from Best Companies for the fourth time for our employee engagement policies.
