ECCCSA Awards 2015

Loop made finalist status in the European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards in the ‘Innovation in Customer Service’ category for our Blaster service.

Best Companies 2017

Loop were accreditated with a star rating in the 2017 Best Companies. The annual survey conducted by Best Companies measures employee engagement by finding out how they feel about their job and role within the company.


Utility Week ‘Star’ Awards 2014

Zoe Barron from Loop’s Key Customer Team won the Utility Week ‘Star’ award for the ‘above and beyond’ category.

The Utility Week Stars Awards look for the unsung heroes of utilities and celebrate the vital contribution of front line and back office staff, recognising individuals and teams from energy and water businesses.

Zoe was entered for the awards for her outstanding customer care and constant desire to go the extra mile which has proved absolutely invaluable to customers and the business.

Credit Today Finalists 2013

credit-today-awards-2013-finalistIn a joint initiative with Yorkshire Water and Experian, Loop is a finalist in the prestigious Credit Today Awards with our entry ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in the Third Party Suppliers category.


Utilities and Telecomms Awards 2013 – Winner, Water Credit Team of the Year

In a joint initiative with Yorkshire Water we are working with credit
reference agencies to share data which helps us identify our most
vulnerable customers and work with them to manage their bills. We produced
an industry guide to working with credit reference agencies and the judges
praised our approach to helping customers based on the data.

European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards 2013
