Loop’s Management Team is highly focused on ensuring we provide great customer service for our client, Yorkshire Water, whilst maintaining our ethos of being a great place to work for employees.
The team, who have all worked up the career ladder at Loop are led by our Managing Director Jonathan Harding, and are made up of the following key people:
Jonathan Harding – Managing Director
Jonathan joined Loop upon its launch in April 2000. He was Head of Billing and Income until his appointment as Loop Managing Director in April 2012. Prior to this Jonathan spent many years within the debt collection and retail finance industry.
He has full responsibility for board leadership, strategic direction, financial accountability and client relationships.
Shahnaz Hussain – Head of Customer Services
Shahnaz joined Loop in 2001 and worked up the career ladder and successfully progressed from a Contact Centre role to her current role as Head of Customer Service.
Shahnaz is responsible for overall customer service delivery and for the development of the customer service strategy for Loop, as well as the day to day delivery of excellent customer service to Yorkshire Water’s customers.
Tim Sheer – Head of Billing & Income
Tim joined Loop in 2003 on Loop’s graduate training scheme. Since then he has gained experience in all areas of the business and been instrumental in the management of several key projects for Loop and Yorkshire Water.
In 2012, he was made Head of Billing & Income. His main responsibilities are for the overall delivery of Billing and Collection activites, along with leading continuous improvement across all Loop’s Billing and Collection activities.
Steve Wood – Head of Integration and Improvement
Steve joined Loop in 2003 on Loop’s graduate training scheme. Since then he has gained experience in all areas of the business and been instrumental in the management of several key projects for Loop and Yorkshire Water.
In 2015, he was made Head of Integration and Improvement. His main responsibilities are for the overall delivery of Continuous Improvement activities, along with overseeing change across all areas of the business.
