Billing careers

The Billing and Income department employs more than 250 people in roles such as debt collection advisers, who provide a comprehensive service tailored to our clients’ needs, and document processors, who focus on speed, service and efficiency to achieve a high level processing capability.

No specific qualifications are required to work in this department as full training will be given, however, to work in a collections role some experience is desired but not essential.

Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with a wide range of people in a friendly manner.
