It’s really important to us to reward and recognise success and we’ve developed a culture of positive feedback to ensure everyone’s contribution is recognised.

Our monthly Celebrating Success awards allow people to nominate colleagues for doing a great job in a number of categories. The awards are presented by our management team and there’s an annual award ceremony where overall winners are picked. The whole of Loop is invited to this fantastic evening which usually includes a meal and after-dinner entertainment,¬†often a band so we can dance the night away.

At Loop you will have the opportunity to raise your basic salary as well as develop your skills. As you take on more responsibility and learn new skills your salary will rise to match your contribution to the team. We will provide you with a clear and structured path to follow, the rest is up to you.

We see the recognition of our staff as very important and we ensure that the team ethos is rewarded and recognised across the business.

We offer a quarterly bonus scheme that is based upon your performance within your role. This is assessed through how well you achieve the priorities that you have agreed with your manager at beginning of each quarter. Monthly one-to-one meetings with your manager will take place to support your progress.
