Loop named finalists in the ECCCSA’s 2015

ECCCSA 2015Loop have been announced as finalists at The European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards 2015 in the Innovation in Customer Service category for our Blaster service.

Our Blaster service enables us to give Yorkshire Water customers early notice of incidents affecting their water supply via text message. The idea is to improve customer service while reducing the need for customers to contact us.

At the final in June, we’re up against the following companies:
