ECCSA award winners

ECSSAGreat news from London! On Wednesday evening Loop picked up the prize for best Innovation in Customer Service beating off stiff opposition from a number of national organisations including HV and Lloyds Banking group.

We’d entered Blaster – our proactive messaging service for customers informing and updating them on incidents.  Over the last year blaster has prevented over 15,000 calls.

Well done to everyone involved at Loop, this is a fantastic achievement!
